The CASA App is designed to work seamlessly with the CASA Website, facilitating real-time viewing and updating of service tickets for Managers and Technicians in the field. Technicians have the ability to accept unassigned tickets or those assigned to other team members. Managers can efficiently allocate, reassign, and manage service tickets among technicians. This latest version introduces various ticket types such as Residential, Commercial, and Area services.

Commercial technicians now have the functionality to include invoice items for the tickets they handle, allowing for approval by property managers. A significant enhancement is the option to save service tickets without requiring signatures, submitting them once tenants are available for review and confirmation.

Noteworthy new features encompass Area Tickets, enhanced filtering options like 'My Tickets' and 'Other Techs', invoice item management for Commercial tickets, Rate Override with email notifications to property managers, creation timestamp in addition to date, and elimination of the need for Unique URLs for iPhone users.
